+ How do I register for a HostPBX account?
A: You can sign up on-line for free on the HostPBX website. Simply visit the Registration page and fill out the form.
+ Can I call if I have a question?
A: You can call us anytime Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm Eastern Time at 1-877-718-2042. Or you can fill out the contact form and receive a response day and night (weekends too).
+ I've a problem configuring my device/server, can you help?
A: We always do our possible to have you up and running. Customer support is an important part of our philosophy. We'll do the best to help you no matter the type of equipment you are using. For Asterisk, we can have a technician enter your server and configure the basics for you (Working trunk and extension).
+ Once I place my order how long will it take to be provisioned?
A: All of our HostPBX Servers are automatically provisioned once the order is placed, it passes our fraud screening and the invoice is paid. This is an automated process and if everything goes smoothly you will have your hosting instructions emailed to you within 5-10 minutes. Customized Servers/Clound PBX can take up to 24 hours to be provisioned from the time we receive the order and payment is made.
+ How can I upgrade my server to higher package?
A: To order upgrades the package you can email our support team via support@hostpbx.us or you can order the upgrades via our Client Portal. Your existing configuration and data will remain same after upgrade.
+ What payment types are accepted?
A: We accept PayPal, Western Union, Wire Transfers and Credit Cards.
+ Do you have DIDs?
A: At the moment, we have DID numbers available for USA in 49 states and 4 provinces of Canada. We also have USA toll free numbers. We have international DIDs available in 30 countries.
+ Can I check call details online?
A: Yes, you can access your Call Details report online. It is updated every 60 seconds.
+ How do I know if a rate has changed for sip trunking?
A: When you check the call details report, there is a column indicating the rate and the date of the change.
+ Where are you located?
A: The main office is located in New Brunswick, New Jersey and we also have an office in Shanghai, China for our Aaia market. Credit Card charges are made in US Dollars (USD) Currency.
+ Where are your Datacenter?
A: HostPBX.US fully redundant core network and backbone connectivity consists of eleven sites, located at five states (Virginia, California, New York, Washington and Illinois). Our network offers extremely low latency, no packet loss, and, best of all, direct connectivity to all major global Tier 1 backbones and other major networks & Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
